This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases related to Suhuf. Please read it carefully before subscribing or making a purchase.


1. General Policy

Suhuf provides digital services and subscriptions. Because access may begin immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a refund is approved under this policy.


2. When Refunds May Be Considered

  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.

  • A technical issue prevented access to paid features and we were unable to resolve it.

  • A refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws.


3. Non-Refundable Purchases

We generally do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, changes of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction based on preferences that were not caused by a service error.


4. App Store Purchases

If you purchased Suhuf through Apple, Google, or another app marketplace, refunds may be handled by that platform under its own policies. We may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases processed by third-party stores.


5. Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the platform where you purchased it. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments or the remaining portion of a billing period.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@suhuf.app with the email used for purchase, your order details, the date of purchase, and a short description of the issue. We review requests in good faith and may ask for additional information.


7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times vary by payment provider, bank, or app marketplace.
